Services for Children and Young People

We know how vital it is for children and young people to understand their own ADHD or Autism. This understanding is key to building their confidence, self-esteem, and self-advocacy skills.

Our hugely popular ‘Understanding my ADHD’ and ‘Understanding my Autism’ courses give young people a safe, welcoming space to explore how their minds work.  They are led by expert trainers who not only have years of experience working with children, but are also parents of neurodivergent children and are neurodivergent themselves.

Explore our courses below to get started:

Understanding my ADHD

A transformative 6-week group course designed to empower ADHD children and young teens.

Understanding my Autism

A transformative 6-week group course designed to empower Autistic children and young teens.

[The leaders].. made sure every child felt seen, heard and valued… The leaders were incredible.  They took the time to really show the kids they cared.
